POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive will leverage their SaaS sales experience to drive growth through customer acquisition. AEs are responsible for engaging customers throughout the entire customer life-cycle including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business. AEs solve customer problems with appropriate products and services provided by Brite Systems. This role entails selling primarily to commercial business. AEs should be able to recognize and recommend upgrades for existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish client relationship with key decision makers
- Achieve annual revenue targets
- Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy
- Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
- Review public information for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
- 5 years of direct sales experience in software environment
- Demonstrated high performance to sales quotas and objectives
- Experience in lead role of a team- selling environment (preferred)
- B2B SaaS startup sales experience (preferred)
- Selling Salesforce products or services (preferred)
- Salesforce CRM proficiency (preferred)
