What We’re Looking For
You have 3 - 5 or more years in a quota carrying, new business acquisition sales role
You have a proven track record of consistent, successful quota attainment is a must
You have a high degree of business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with strong questioning, and listening to understand skills
You are highly coachable, competitive and team oriented
You have willingness and proven ability to commit to engaging prospects via outbound/outreach efforts to ensure pipeline health over and above inbound lead flow and other lead sources. Outbound may be primary lead source at times.
You have experience with full cycle solution selling of innovative, software/technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers preferred
Skilled at utilizing support resources (people and tools) to ensure optimal buying experience for prospects
You have formal sales training, that’s a plus
You are ambitious regarding career growth and development
You have a genuine interest in podcasting, videocasting and how they work in a business setting is a plus
What You’ll Do
Research to identify and prepare for conversations with target prospect companies and individuals within same
Continuous learning and study of industry (B2B podcast and videocasting), trends, competition, and our own offerings
Outbound outreach to target prospects
Respond to inbound sales inquiries
Qualify and disqualify prospects and opportunities
Positively and assertively represent Casted value propositions, solutions and solution delivery
Find alignment, fit and business case for Casted solutions within prospect environments and present same
Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and contracts
Elicit go / no-go decisions from prospects - as opposed to “push” decision
