What We’re Looking For

We’re looking to add an account owner to our team to help expand our existing business. Our customers are the key to our success and we’re looking for key talent to help own the commercial side of our customer relationships and expand Casted adoption across departments, subsidiaries, and teams.

You have 3 - 5 or more years in a quota carrying, Growth Account Manager or Customer Success role
You have a proven track record of consistent, successful quota attainment is a must
You have a high degree of business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with strong questioning, and listening to understand skills
You build and maintain valuable relationships with key stakeholders, and expands relationship footprint up and across client org chart
You are able to earn as close as possible to “trusted advisor” status, striving to shift from vendor|buyer relationship to strategic partner
You are highly coachable, competitive and team oriented
Your willingness and proven ability to commit to relationship building and fruitful vendor/buyer partnership
You have experience in renewing, cross and upselling, and driving adoption of innovative, software/technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers preferred
You are skilled at utilizing support resources (people and tools) to ensure optimal buying experience for prospects
You are ambitious regarding career growth and development
You have a genuine interest in podcasting, videocasting and how they work in a business setting is a plus
What You’ll Do
Get “intimate” with history, current state and available future state opportunities in client relationships  to lead customers to optimized use of Casted products and services
Continuous learning and study of industry (B2B podcast and videocasting), trends, competition, and Casted offerings
Be or become knowledgeable in the podcast/videocast industry and associated technology stack and agency community
Maintain cadence of communication, meeting and business reviews with named customer set
Own responsibility for all commercial agreements with your named customer set. Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and contracts
Positively and assertively represent Casted value propositions, solutions and solution delivery
Find alignment, fit and business case for Casted solutions within customer environments and position these with customer
