Celigo is looking for a strategic, mission-driven senior leader to join our team as the Head of Customer Success. You will be responsible for driving exceptional customer value by maturing Celigo’s CS strategy; leading our growing Customer Success and Support teams; driving global execution of Customer Success activities such as onboarding, adoption, support, advocacy, and retention; and producing favorable business outcomes for renewals and churn. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders across a high growth company with a massive TAM to drive fast and scalable business growth.
