In this role, you will:
-Advise clients on Microsoft Cloud and Productivity solutions, best practices, governance, executive steering, risk mitigation, and more to deliver and provide unmatched client experiences using National Enterprise Collaboration delivery resources (methodologies, tools, templates)
-Maintain oversight of projects to ensure delivery excellence and that the client is happy with the Centric team
-Lead and help complete projects focused on strategy, roadmap, and governance
-Be a leader for all local Enterprise Collaboration-specific sales pursuits, providing technical guidance. Carry forward the sales process to its conclusion, including scoping work, planning the engagement, resource planning, estimating and writing the proposal.
-Participate in National Enterprise Collaboration leadership team meetings to help steer to the practice at Centric
-Align local offerings, methodologies and sales messaging to National Enterprise Collaboration practice investments
-Credential Centric as a Microsoft 365 leader in the local market. Produce unsolicited leads by encouraging a local marketing presence.
-Develop a local marketing presence through speaking, training, conducting marketing events, blogging
-Support both local and national recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and providing feedback
-Attend both company and special Enterprise Collaboration practice events
-Contribute to the maturing of Centric, including writing case studies, methodologies, sales collateral, marketing event content, and blogging.
Who you are:
-Oversee complex projects and bring a technical perspective to ask important questions of the delivery team
-Strategy development, including explanation to other executive leaders
-Connected with executive leaders and other buyers in the local market.
-Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of a client organization, especially with executive leadership.
-Strong written communication, especially long-form, explanatory client deliverables such as whitepapers, architecture, and other technical documentation.
-Comfortable negotiating contracts with clients
-Coaching and mentoring to professionally develop team.
-2+ years of experience as a practice leader for a professional services or internal consulting organization
-10+ years of experience working in the Data & Analytics fields (not necessarily as a technologist).
