Job Description

In this role, you will:

-Advise clients on Microsoft Cloud and Productivity solutions, best practices, governance, executive steering, risk mitigation, and more to deliver and provide unmatched client experiences using National Microsoft Modern Workplace delivery resources (methodologies, tools, templates).
-Maintain oversight of projects to ensure delivery excellence and that the client is happy with the Centric team.
-Showcase your knowledge and proficiency with M365, MS Teams and Power Platform.
-Lead client assessments and the delivery of projects focused on strategy, roadmap, and governance.
-Be the leader for all local Microsoft Modern Workplace-specific sales pursuits, providing technical guidance. Carry forward the sales process to its conclusion, including scoping work, planning the engagement, resource planning, estimating and writing the proposal.
-Participate in National Microsoft Modern Workplace leadership team meetings to help steer to the practice at Centric.
-Align local offerings, methodologies and sales messaging to National Microsoft Modern Workplace practice investments.
-Credential Centric as a Microsoft 365 leader in the local market.
-Produce unsolicited leads by promoting a local marketing presence.
-Develop a local marketing presence through speaking, training, conducting marketing events, blogging.
-Support both local and national recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and providing feedback.
-Attend both company and special Microsoft Modern Workplace practice events.
-Contribute to the maturing of the practice at Centric, including writing case studies, methodologies, sales collateral, marketing event content, blogging.

Who you are:

-Oversee complex projects and bring a technical perspective to ask important questions of the delivery team.
-Strategy development, including explanation to other executive leaders.
-Connected with executive leaders and other buyers in the local market.
-Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of a client organization, especially with executive leadership.
-Strong written communication, especially long-form, explanatory client deliverables such as whitepapers, architecture, and other technical documentation.
-Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
-Coaching and mentoring skills to professionally develop and lead a team.
-10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Productivity solutions such as Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft 365.
