Job Description

The Constituent Digital Experience Manager (CDEM) is responsible for leading and managing all constituent digital experience tools and technologies for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, through the Information Services Agency (ISA). The CDEM develops and oversees execution of digital strategies for constituent services tools and programs. As the product owner of the City-County website, eCommerce platform, and kiosk program, the CDEM will sponsor and manage projects that expand and enhance digital constituent services for departments and agencies across City-County government. The CDEM, in conjunction with other ISA managers and executives, supports strategic planning and execution. This position writes, facilitates, and enforces digital services policies and procedures. This position manages vendor teams and related contracts.
