Currently, we are seeking a Product Team - DevOps Engineer to join our team.
What does it take to be a winner? You are an experienced DevOps Engineer who has strong cloud fundamentals, experience managing infrastructure as code, and who enjoys automating manual processes. As our DevOps Engineer, you will be supporting top-line revenue growth by using the cloud to enhance the SaaS-like delivery of COTS software used by our engineering customers. You will help to design and build the next version(s) of our flagship product offering which is based on the IBM Continuous Engineering (CE) and Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) products, delivered via Enterprise cloud platforms.

In this role you will:
Work with the Product Owner and technical team in an Agile Scrum fashion to develop and engineer product features per the backlog.
Manage cloud-based infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform.
Translate business requirements into technical and/or operations-based solutions.
Collaborate with the Technical Architect and Systems Engineers to design product features based on functional requests and customer feedback.
Provide training to the operations team on new features.
Provide product support to operations team during the stabilization period and serve as a technical point of escalation for complex support issues.
Develop automation and software for both routine and complex tasks.
Harden and improve our technical process and best practices.
Support product sales initiatives by contributing toward proposals, marketing collateral, RFP responses and customer-facing presentations as needed
Education and Experience:
5 years+ of hands-on DevOps experience on a public cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure)
Deep experience with one or more configuration management tools, such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible or SaltStack
Strong experience with at least one programming/scripting language (such as Python, Ruby, Bash, etc).
Experience working with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins
Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure with code
Proficiency with both Linux and Windows-based operating systems.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution requirements.
Experience in Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile (Scrum) approaches to project management.
