Job Description

Clinical Architecture is seeking an energetic Marketing Logistics Coordinator to support tradeshow and event activities in our Carmel, IN office. The Marketing Logistics Coordinator will manage logistics, coordination of attendees, and outbound shipments to tradeshows. They will also help general marketing activities and support.

Event Management Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and deliver in-person events, including tradeshows, speaking events, and conferences.
• Organize and lead internal event prep meetings, document, and communicate event details and define event KPIs together with event participants and Sales Team.
• Organize event logistics, including attendee registrations, hotel reservations, internet and electricity orders, shipping, event services orders, catering orders, etc.
• Work with Social Media and Content Strategist on targeted outreach via direct marketing channels.
• Assist with event lead follow-up and lead imports and support the Sales Team with the creation of HubSpot workflows.
• Minimal travel expected.
Marketing Support Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory of promotional gifts for new hires, customers, and tradeshows.
• Support SharePoint sites creation and maintenance of information.
• Provide assistance when needed for various marketing functions (email, website, podcast, social).
Qualifications and Experience:
• College degree preferred, will consider relevant work experience.
• Ideal candidate will have experience working in Healthcare and / or Information Technology.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to engage people over the phone to gather needed information.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and process data into useful information.
• Must have strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently, and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Customer Relationship Management software.
