Summary
Clinical Architecture is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, team player to fill our Research Analyst role. This individual will report to the Executive Vice President of Research and Strategy and will support company growth initiatives in our Carmel, IN office. The Research Analyst will research companies, talk with prospective customers, gather market intelligence, conduct surveys, manage, and interpret data to improve the organization’s understanding of industry trends, and customer needs. The Research Analyst will contribute to the planning and execution of strategic growth initiatives by developing contact profiles, identifying unmet needs, building a library of survey results, and work with other team members to leverage the information gathered in targeted outreach campaigns. Clinical Architecture is seeking an individual who can support aggressive growth through research and collaboration and have a direct impact on how we interact with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
• Research, analyze, and interpret data to identify targeted opportunities for new client acquisition.
• Generate meaningful data from Salesforce and industry resources to prepare highly targeted and segmented reports.
• Confirm accuracy of contact information through direct phone contact, and data capture from the account web site, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Develop an organization chart with staff reporting hierarchy for targeted contacts and departments.
• Conduct phone surveys of current and prospective customers.
• Work with head of research and strategy to develop information gathered into a valuable company asset.
• Collaborate with other departments to support targeted awareness campaigns and other activities.
Qualifications and Experience
• College degree preferred, will consider relevant work experience.
• Ideal candidate will have experience working in Healthcare and/or Information Technology.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to engage people at all organizational levels through phone conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate social media and research tools to gather needed market intelligence.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and process data into useful information.
• Must have strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently, and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management software.
