As an IT Help Desk Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining technical assistance on all Cornerstone Information Systems non-production hardware and software assets for a growing technology company focused on the travel industry. This includes monitoring the help desk case management system, providing technical assistance to all employees, executing to completion of assigned systems projects, documenting asset inventory changes, effective communication with colleagues to achieve employee resolutions
