Strategically identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline of qualified opportunities in our target market through cold and warm outreach.
Establish and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through calls, meetings, lunches, networking events, etc.
Maintain a high level of expertise in CSpring’s services by staying informed of industry trends and issues.
Working closely with delivery staff, consult with prospective clients and create technology solutions that solve business problems.
Provide an exceptional prospect and client experience, ensuring the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.
Strategically negotiate with prospects and clients to close sales.
Maintain current and accurate records and reports in company systems.
Develop close working relationships with internal delivery and talent acquisition teams to ensure we have the right people to successfully deliver the solutions sold.
Collaborate closely with Marketing team, CSpring Executive team, Delivery team, and Talent Acquisition team to plan and execute events and/or conferences that support CSpring’s near-term and long-term objectives.
