Our full-time consultants participate in meaningful technology projects that help our clients make better decisions and achieve goals faster. As a CSpringer, you will interact with our clients and project teams to analyze needs, build solutions, and solve important business challenges. You will be a true partner to our clients, dedicated to making each client a raving fan of CSpring!

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for CSpring solutions on prospect meetings, proposal pursuits, and other sales activities.
Grow and maintain CSpring’s engagements within assigned clients, promoting CSpring capabilities to address new and ongoing challenges for clients.
Increase adoption of CSpring-implemented solutions within clients by providing technical advisory.
Design, develop, build, and integrate high-quality data analytics solutions based on client requirements.
Lead deep-dive discoveries to capture business requirements, convert them to user stories or technical requirements, and synthesize this information to help determine the most effective client solution.
Maintain an understanding of the business and technology market, with emphasis on your subject area to identify and prioritize key opportunities.
Develop white papers, case studies, and other pertinent materials related to specific area of expertise to highlight delivery capabilities and support sales/marketing efforts.
Coach and mentor delivery teams on the effective execution of solution designs, frameworks, and patterns.
Developing Solutions (billable) – 50%; Presales – 25%; Account Management – 15%; Other – 10%.

Requirements

10 years’ experience in a modern data visualization platform.
10 years of advanced SQL.
10 years of data engineering/ELT/ETL development in a cloud environment.
10 years’ experience in consulting delivery, or similar role capturing requirements and delivering to an internal client.
Experience leading a team-delivered project, including requirements analysis, conceptual solution development, and implementation.
Experience working with a project management discipline (Agile, Waterfall, or Lean).
Ability to engage in a conversation across the theories and best practices in data management and analysis, Business Intelligence delivery, and the role of advanced analytics and data science in business today.
Preferred Skills

Experience working with sales or pre-sales teams.
Experience with modern cloud data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Redshift.
Experience deploying data solutions in Azure, GCP, AWS, or other clouds.
Deep experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other modern visualization tools.
Development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, R, or similar language.
Modern data/business intelligence architecture experience.
Project planning development and delivery.
Certifications from Microsoft, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Fivetran, AWS, or others.
