DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Digital Content Marketing Manager to join our team specializing in for our Corporate Communications in your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Plans, manages and produces communications and related materials to meet Cummins strategies and objectives.

Manages, coaches and mentors professional/hourly staff; provides guidance and direction, delegates work appropriately.

Builds, leads, and strengthens relationships with stakeholders/leaders/vendors

Builds, leads, executes strategic communications planning (marketing promotional plan/communications plan).

Writes, edits, and creates content and strategic messaging and adheres to relevant style guide.

Sets targets for data-driven decisions; compiles, analyzes, and utilizes metrics, data, and analytics.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Build fit-for-market content strategies. Tailor content strategies for objectives such as establishing thought leadership, acquiring contacts, nurturing prospects, and lead generation.
• Digitally connect audiences with relevant content throughout their buying journey.
• Lead the development of content in various forms (Blog posts, infographics, podcasts, videos, and more).
• Lead the rhythm of content marketing activities (Ideation, planning, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
