Job Description

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

We are looking for a talented SENIOR IT APPLICATIONS ANALYST to join our team for our Power Systems Business- business unit (Hybrid)

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Experience deploying and supporting Oracle ERP (on-premises or cloud) in at least one of the areas: Planning, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Finance
• Ability to support end to end project lifecycle from requirements elicitation through design to infant care
• Support or own Information Technology projects and manufacturing applications across Power Systems production plants
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or systems to increase efficiencies of the current system and improve utilization by employees
• Customer focused and able to build strong customer relationships

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Agile development methodology experience is beneficial
• SQL and PL/SQL skills desired
• PowerBI or other BI reporting skills
• B.S. or B.A. degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
