Job Description

We are looking for a talented IT Manager-IT Service Management to join our team specializing in System/Information Technology for our Cummins Business Services in Columbus, IN. Willing to consider remote candidates with periodic travel post pandemic.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• This position will serve as the IT application owner for the ServiceNow application and as a key technical resource regarding configuration, design, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.
• Proficient with ServiceNow ITSM or similar tools, ITIL and ITOM. ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party software and applications.
• Ensure effective management and maintenance of the configuration management process and CMDB and IT asset management in general.
• Prior experience with custom application development, developing and implementing API's and solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience in facilitating requirement gathering workshops, design and development activities to deliver and deploy a satisfactory end-user experience.
• Partner with leadership to maintain and drive towards an aggressive platform roadmap. Proactively stay on top of new capabilities in the platform and educate team members and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related subject. Plus, a minimum of 4-5 years of IT and Management Experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of on the job experience working in Service Now
• Strong Leadership and people skills
• On the job experience with CMDB and IT Asset Management and managing projects
• ITIL v3 or V4 foundations certification and ServiceNow system administrator certifications preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
