Job Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Project Leader to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Components Business Segment in Columbus, IN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead the development and release process of the electric actuator through the VPI process
* Coordinate the actuator testing
* Lead technical customer presentation
* Makes decisions in the areas of design and project risk trade-offs that impact program cost or delivery without sacrifice of quality expectations.
* Support electric actuator integration process
* Detailed knowledge on circuit design as it relates to brushless DC motors, motor control, and CAN data link
* Explain technical content to other business units
* Perform electronic hardware level testing for Software integration

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering degree is HIGHLY preferred.
* Circuit board design experience as well as electronic hardware level testing.
* Circuit board schematics and DC Motors experience
* Project management lead experience

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
