Management and Program Analyst

Job Description

Duties:

Advises management on program analysis, annual/multi-year and long-range fiscal/program planning, and/or commercial issues for key assigned programs.

Conducts cost comparison/benefit studies of current or projected programs; develops life cycle analyses of projects.

Develops guidance for subordinate activities and participates with management in fiscal planning.

Assists the organization with programming, analysis, and control of funds; evaluates program funding plans and their execution, identifying actual or potential problem areas.

Conducts management studies for cost-effective organizations.

Participates in the development of contracting out studies, and/or development of in-house bids for comparison to contractor bids.

Manage agency mobile devices, teleservices, and VTC programs, including but not limited to, managing vendor contracts and relationships.
