Supports; develops, implements, and monitors assigned EEO and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and performs a broad range of program support assignments and functions.
Develops, executes, coordinates and manages a variety of special projects which require knowledge of EEO/Diversity and Inclusion policies, practices, guidelines, confidentiality requirements.
Creates and executes plans of action, performs analytical and evaluative assessments and prioritizes multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Develops, prepares, and coordinates narrative and statistical data and material used for a variety of activities such as briefings, presentations, meetings, reviews, symposia, reports
Conducts research on a variety of EEO topics for the purpose of developing both short/long range strategic plans, reports and informational correspondence.
Communicates agency-wide policies and/or programs regarding the major areas of EEO, which include the core area of EEO Complaints contacts and processing and the broad range of diversity and inclusion activities.
Manages customer intake; document production and review; and records and reports review and management. Prepares a variety of non-technical correspondence.
Assists Specialists in identifying and implementing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to close existing and projected gaps
