What does a day look like in my role?
We get it: You want to know what you’re signing up for before you apply, right? This is what you need to know: As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Working closely with the Director of Marketing to develop digital advertising and demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness and qualified lead acquisition
Directly manage and implement optimizations across paid media channels (including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Capterra)
Regularly analyze data from paid media accounts all the way down to our Salesforce CRM to understand what is working and what is not working
Focus on data, experimentation, testing, and analytics to uncover key business insights and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the creative team to produce new ad and landing page creative
After 1 week
You’ll have met the team and have begun learning our product with some hands-on work inside the Delivra platform
You’ll have done an initial assessment of our Google Ad account and met with the current Google rep
After 1 month
You’ll officially take the helm of our Google Ad and Facebook Ad management, transitioning off of existing management
After 6 months
Have demonstrated your ability to scale a PPC program
Have worked closely with Sales to monitor the quality of PPC-driven leads and make adjustments as necessary
Have a track record of running regular experiments/building on proven hypotheses
Have expanded into 2-3 additionals PPC channels beyond Google and Facebook
What we would like to see in you.
We’re looking for a break-out paid media pro to help fill our B2B pipeline with qualified B2B leads. You’ll get the opportunity to work with a small agile team of marketers and creators and be able to see the impact of your work each day. When you don’t have the answer, you’re not afraid to say so—and you’re quick to find out. You’re a master of your craft as well as a close collaborator with your team mates.
Everyone at Delivra has three things in common: We’re curious, hungry, and good-humoured. We try our best to balance hard work with good, old-fashioned fun. As a Paid Media Manager with Delivra, there are extra specialties we’re on the lookout for:
You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with paid search and social ad programs
You’re a master of paid search in Google Ads (and Google Ads Editor)
You’re comfortable working in Google Ads (Display), Facebook Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
You’re a hard-core analyst and part mad (creative) scientist — ready to share well-founded recommendations and eager to better understand what works and what doesn’t
Experience in the B2B tech space is a bonus
Experience with Google Analytics is a bonus
