DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Commercial Jr Client Partner  -  local to Indianapolis, IN

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop stakeholder relationships with DMI clients under the guidance and support of our sales leadership team. This individual will assist DMI’s Finance and Insurance industry leaders in developing and executing industry, account, and deal plans. The candidate will also support sales efforts within top clients/prospects to identify, mature, and win key opportunities. Knowledge of DMI’s core digital solutions as well as experience and established relationships in the Financial Services, P&C Insurance, and/or Health Insurance industries is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate new business with named accounts
Successfully sell DMI's business and IT solutions to Fortune 1000 businesses
Establish Master Services Agreements and New Contract Awards
Support Sr. Sales Leaders with sales admin support, such as helping arrange meetings, updating CRM, and managing contracting tools (such as Fieldglass)
Manage and develop relationships with customers and provide a consultative sales approach that delivers the highest account management services
Collaborate with internal solution experts to position, configure, and quote product and service solutions to clients
Manage leads and opportunities through the company's CRM tools
Accurately and consistently report sales forecasts and opportunity funnels
Participate in the creation, editing, and closure of services proposals
Participate in field marketing to generate interest and provide information to the client prospect community to include driving attendance to such events and activities
Represent DMI's portfolio of solutions to clients and be able to articulate our areas of expertise
Set proper expectations and maintain open communication with clients and vendors through the business development and sales process's lifecycle
Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Collaborate with delivery leaders to professionally develop and present sales presentations to large groups and executive-level clients
Help develop and execute the Finance and Insurance team’s market, growth, and operations strategies
Develop account and opportunity plans to win deals and strategically grow DMI’s revenue, brand equity, and relationship footprints

Required Skills:

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent
0 - 3 years of sales-related experience.
Passion and expertise for digital experiences, platforms and processes
Performance-driven with strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills – visual, written & verbal
Entrepreneurial, innovative and collaborative

Physical Requirement(s): No Physical requirement is needed for this position.

~10%-20% Travel Required
