Own and have accountability for client relationships, seeing issues through from start to finish.
Work closely with the sales department in identifying and following up with potential customers.
Build and nurture relationships of trust between the customer (potential or existing) and the company through phone, email and potentially face-to-face contact.
Seek to understand the customer’s operations and become an expert on their unique needs.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by identifying leads and handing them off to the Sales Team.
Responsible for the effective training of new clients.
Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues as required.
Accurately maintain associated data, files and records.
Reply to service tickets promptly and in accordance with established guidelines.
Demonstrate the the company products when needed.
