Job Description

Works closely with the Customer Account Managers in identifying and following up with customers requests and issues
Test newly developed product features before they are deployed
Document and escalate issues to internal teams as required to support complex support issues/requests
Accurately maintain associated data, files and records regarding technical support incidents
Reply to service tickets promptly and in accordance with established guidelines
Deploys software programs on hardware locally and in the field via remote access programs
Seeks to understand the customers’ concerns and problems prior to taking actions to resolve the issue
Demonstrate the ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency with DoubleMap products
Effectively communicate and simplify technical terms for end user consumers through simplified trouble shooting of products of a creative, technical or mechanical nature
