Job Description

We are searching for an CSM to join the Driven Data team in Indianapolis. This person will be responsible for communicating accurate information in a way that brings value to our clients. A successful CSM consistently analyzes and effectively communicates KPIs with clients in order to better understand their strengths and needs. Ensure the highest quality client support through insightful analysis and cross-functional teamwork. The CSM is directly responsible for client retention and will work closely with internal teams as we all work to ensure client value realization.
