What you’ll be doing:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in DriverReach’s growth—not only in the education and development of leads, but also by converting prospects into actionable leads for the Account Executives. Additionally, you will be viewed as an ambassador of the brand by providing company awareness to potential customers. You will be combining your tenacity and motivation with your passion to help others to spread the word on our ground-breaking framework.

Core Responsibilities:
Research and proactively contact prospects to qualify, develop and convert into leads for Account Executives
Prospect leads to convert them into account demos and guided trials
Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add organizational value
Strongly desire to win as an individual and as a team
Speak clearly and persuasively and can confidently present/negotiate/influence/communicate over the phone and through text
Have sales or recruiting experience, preferably in transportation industry
Have proven experience qualifying and converting prospects into warm leads

# of phone calls: Measured as outbound calls
# of demos set per Account Executive per month
# of conversion rate of Account Executives to paid tier
