Work with an Account Executive to learn how to close business deals with companies in the construction business, this is not a lead setting role. However, lead generating, prospecting, complex selling, deal forecasting, and critical thinking skills are necessary.
Participation a 60-day boot camp Learning System. The system includes complex sales, value building, selling technology, and sales process training. This will be lead by CEO and VP of Sales and other Account Executives, in a mentorship type of process.
There are bonus opportunities at the completion the Boot Camp training and a signing bonus for veteran sales people who are interested in joining now.
In-person training as well as work at home will be required.
