Job Description

The Customer Discovery Manager augments and supports the product team. It has an intentional focus within the broader product team, but requires a diverse skill set. A successful person in this role will be able to design and implement systems and processes that facilitate high quality discovery with customers and with customer facing teams. Communication and coordination both internally and externally is a critical part of this role and candidates should demonstrate a history of professional customer interaction . We use slack internally, intercom with customers, and are learning how to do so in a completely remote environment. Previous experience in any of these contexts should be mentioned when applying.
