As an Account Analyst, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships through identifying optimization opportunities in client data, maximizing engagement in our business intelligence platform, and championing client needs for an improved partnership. Successful transportation analysts have a strong aptitude in data analytics, are motivated by helping clients achieve their transportation goals, and understand how to successfully coach clients to maximize enVista's value.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage enVista’s business intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions to provide shippers with analysis that helps optimize their transportation operations and networks
Analyze large transportation data sets and collaborate with clients to help them make the analytical findings executable
Monitor the transportation market to identify and analyze changing market conditions that will impact the budgets and operations for enVista’s customers
Create and deliver business reviews that provide clients with transportation spend analysis, identify savings opportunities, highlight transportation trends and communicate enVista’s value
Manage solution design and execution for customer’s transportation key performance indicator (KPI) reporting in enVista’s proprietary BI solution
Understand customer needs and communicate those needs internally to enhance enVista’s software products, marketing collateral and sales processes
Drive continuous improvement of proprietary business tools through collaboration with enVista development team
Collaborate with Client Services, Freight Audit, Parcel Audit, Carrier Services, and Solutions Analyst teams to deliver client solutions
Serve as a point of contact for client questions and requests, providing appropriate and timely responses, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with all clients

Skills and Experience Needed:

Education (preferred level): Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Analytics or related
0-3 years experience managing customer accounts or relationships (experience in a B2B software company would be a differentiator, but is not required)
Recent college grads are encouraged to apply
Ability to understand customer business and product challenges and proactively provide solutions that help enable their success
Growth mindset for seeking and developing ways to expand a relationship with your customer
Proven work ability to work with large data sets in MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL based tools
Skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
Proven problem-solving skills required
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to adapt and excel in a frequently changing business environment
