Are you someone who is passionate about numbers and data accuracy? Do you get excited when the numbers match up perfectly on your spreadsheet? If so, we would like to add you to our team as an Accounts Payable Analyst. You'll need a BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field and you preferrably have experience either in a software product company or in a consulting company. You will be working on treasury related issues, accounts payment processing and reporting, and then making sure our budget and actuals are in line.
What you will do:
Prepare invoices and check requests for payments
Ability to reconcile daily deposits and other bank activities
Verify amounts payable, terms and accounts to be charged
Reconcile all plan accountings, general ledgers, and detailed recordkeeping systems
Enter invoices and check requests for payment and determines payment method
Perform detailed accounting and supports the monthly close process and administration of the investment portfolios. This includes preparation and distribution of monthly investment related reports and internal and external investment reporting daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred, minimum 2 year degree
0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex financial processes to non-financial associates and clients
