As a Manager within our Digital Strategy consulting practice you will leverage your well-rounded business and digital/technology experience. You will also leverage your knowledge of retail operations, IT enablers and omni-channel retail leading practices. This will include demand and inventory management, order management, and other process areas found at an omni-channel or unified commerce focused retailer. Demonstrated analytical and communication skills are a must. You will successfully and consistently execute activities related to assigned consulting projects such as strategy validation, end-to-end process analysis and improvement, software assessment and selection and organizational readiness. You should be comfortable creating and justifying recommendations to clients.

What you will do:

Perform client strategy validation, process improvement and IT assessment projects as an individual or part of a larger enVista team
Review, analyze and make recommendations on client digital capabilities and opportunities to support complex supply chain, transportation and order management processes
Work with omni-channel retail clients to recommend strategic, operational, and technological improvement opportunities that are sound and justifiable
Execute data gathering and analytics to see beyond the obvious to create innovative improvement recommendations for retail clients
Cross-train on other consulting services such as WMS, TMS, and S&OP processes
Build and deliver high-quality client presentations
Research and develop professional development opportunities
Manage consultants as directed including annual goal planning and performance evaluation
Participate on client projects and complete tasks in a timely manner as assigned by the Project Manager
Actively participate in company meetings and events as needed
Work every day to achieve trusted advisor status with clients
This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in continental U.S. #LI-Remote

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
5-10 years of progressive experience in a relevant role. Previous Consulting experience is strongly preferred
Experience with process improvement methods from an end-to-end business process perspective with an emphasis in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, WMS and transportation systems
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly beneficial
Experience leading teams along with the ability to train others is important
Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced work environment
Need a good balance of business acumen, digital strategy and analysis skills
A good presenter of complex recommendations
Ability to travel up to 50%
