The Contract Administrator is a key role in facilitating enVista’s establishment and maintenance of enVsita’s commercial relationship with its clients. They are responsible for facilitating the process of initiating, reviewing, executing, maintaining, and administering agreements between enVista and its clients, vendors, and third parties. In addition, they are responsible for facilitating multiple activities at various stages along the contract life cycle process which includes working with our legal team, customers, partners, vendors, and contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple activities related to the legal and sales process simultaneously that are in various stages of process completion. Provide follow up to drive activities to conclusion.
Support sales team through provision of internal templates to initiate agreements, facilitate the contract execution process, including closure and verification of closed deals in CRM.
Draft and review standard legal agreements, such as NDAs, Service Orders, SOWs, and Change Orders, including to ensure they meet certain quality and content standards set by Legal.
Work across teams such as Legal, Sales and Operations/Delivery to ensure the right internal stakeholders work together to drive agreement execution. Manage expectations related to agreement execution timing.
Effectively communicate and facilitate seamless communication among all levels of internal and external stakeholders to move the contract process forward and drive agreement execution.
Act as main point of contact for Sales and Operations/Delivery teams with respect to agreement process and execution questions, and work with Legal to drive resolution.
Review and close Sales opportunity records in CRM once agreements are fully executed.
Create summary reports of enVista obligations agreed to in legal agreements and work with Legal and Services stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal attention throughout the contract life cycle.
Research and report on legal agreements in the repository to ensure active agreements, avoid expiration and to provide requested information to internal stakeholders.

Education, Skills and Experience Needed:

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a contract administration.
Strong process execution experience related to driving workflow outcomes:
Coordinating and following up to drive contract life cycle processes to conclusion.
Methodical approach to contract life cycle process execution
Simultaneously facilitate many activities at various stages in the contract life cycle process
Minimum 5 years’ experience administering the contract life cycle process for master services agreements, software and SaaS agreement, partner agreements, purchase agreements, statements of work, software and services subscription orders, subcontractor agreements and nondisclosure agreements.
Proven experience with Microsoft CRM software (Microsoft D365 preferred), Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe Sign e-signature software.
Contract life cycle management software experience a plus
