We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! The right fit as our Digital Marketing Specialist will be someone who gets excited about strengthening brand visibility, increasing website engagement, and improving conversion rates. Reporting to the Sr. Digital Specialist, this role will be supporting the marketing team as a subject matter expert in digital strategies, creating and optimizing content to improve engagement and customer conversion. What You Will Do:

Create, update and optimize pages on enVista’s website to ensure messaging is focused, optimized for search, consistent with corporate branding guidelines, and enhances user engagement and conversion
Regularly review and refresh web pages as needed or requested
Understand and implement best practices for website design/user experience, search engine optimization and paid search
Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics
Optimize copy for blogs and input into Hubspot
Conduct digital audits (competitor/content/SEO) and keyword research, communicating this analysis to internal teams
Continually monitor and recommend improvements for marketing content to support the growth objectives of our organization
Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, Business Development and Solution Area leaders to develop digital strategies and identify requirements for deliverables
Help Marketing Managers translate business unit goals into digital marketing objectives and create and communicate marketing targets
Ensure all digital properties invoke brand standards, are innovative, cutting edge, and are of the highest quality
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design or related field
3-6 years previous experience in marketing or with a digital agency
SEO and PPC best practices, tracking, technical aptitude, analysis, and reporting
In-depth experience in Google Analytics
Website optimization tools and conversion tracking (UTM links, event tracking)
Experience in WordPress
HTML and CSS knowledge (preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt and leverage emerging tech
