Job Description

As the Director of Professional Services for enVista's OMS / POS/ EDI solution, you will get results from others and work with client stakeholders to define expectations through consistent and continuous clear communication. In this role, you will also motivate your team and keep everyone rowing in the same direction to achieve any and all objectives.

What you will do:
Be a strategic leader in the Enspire Commerce practice, focused on OMS / CEP / EDI engagement management for key accounts
Ultimately responsible for ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are completed on time and on budget for projects managed by reporting PMs
Responsible for executive-level communication with client regarding any major project concerns/issues
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and seeks additional service opportunities within client base to expand enVista footprint
Develop relationships and partnerships in a particular area of expertise in order to create revenue-generating opportunities
Develop proposals and scope of work documents for both existing clients and potential sales leads
Develop final project delivery documents for various consulting engagement
Ultimately responsible for project financials (project budget, A/R, etc.)
Forecast project booked income and resource hours accurately
Lead internal department initiatives and leverages broader team through delegation to ensure initiative objectives are met
Mentor direct reports, project team members, and broader team

What you will bring:
Education (minimum): Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
10+ years of relevant software/product experience along with 5-8 years of Project Management experience
5+ years Supply Chain or omni-channel experience required
PMP certification strongly preferred
Proven experience managing multiple teams, building processes, project management and release schedules
Direct experience with supply chain, order management, integration or point of sale software required
Ability to manage multiple projects spanning multiple locations domestically or globally
Results-oriented, prioritize work activities, plan and stay organized in order to meet commitments
Experience with Fortune 500 companies or global organizations with cross-functional teams and exposure to different levels of staff within these organizations is preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral formats all information (ideas, instructions, questions, etc.)
Good judgment, decision-making and analytical skills
Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients’ intellectual property
Adapt to changes and ambiguity in work (i.e. new client requirements or specifications)
Adjust working hours to accommodate busy periods
Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through others who are not direct reports
Travel: 25-50% on average, could be more depending on customer (currently working 100% remote due to COVID-19)
