As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering project success through a multi-faceted team. You will get results from others and work with client stakeholders to define expectations through consistent and continuous clear communication. In this role, you will also motivate your team and keep everyone rowing in the same direction to achieve any and all objectives.

What you will do:

Manage project methodology and tracking of day-to-day tasks/deliverables to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Assist in the development of project scope and structure. Help manage to the project goals and participate in changing customer expectations (including budget estimate or schedule changes) when these goals change
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, defining success criteria, project milestones, and budgets.
Establish proper communication channels with client personnel and respond appropriately to all client concerns
Provide project status reports to executive team and external clients
Interfaces with various customer and internal enVista stakeholders which consists of senior leadership teams (SVP/VP, Directors) and project level resources such as SMEs
Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications
Ensure each team member understands their role in the project and the time and budgetary constraints that exist around their role and tasks
Demonstrate the ability to understand the operating styles of others as well as team/client relationships, team dynamics, and adjusts behavior accordingly to succeed. Recognizes environmental or cultural nuances and adapts.
Work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

What you will bring:

Education (preferred level): Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
5+ years of relevant software product experience along
3+ years of Project Management experience
PMP certification strongly preferred
Proven experience managing multiple teams, building processes, project management and release schedules
Direct experience with supply chain, order management, integration or point of sale software required
Results-oriented, prioritize work activities, plan and stay organized in order to meet commitments
Possess a deep knowledge of project management best practices and how to apply them in an effective yet pragmatic way across projects of varying scope and scale
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral formats all information (ideas, instructions, questions, etc.)
Be a team player who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project
Good judgment, decision-making and analytical skills
Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients’ intellectual property
Adapt to changes and ambiguity in work (i.e. new client requirements or specifications)
Adjust working hours to accommodate busy periods
Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through others who are not direct reports
This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in continental U.S. #LI-Remote
Travel: 25-50% on average, could be more depending on customer (currently working 100% remote due to COVID-19)
