This Solutions Marketing role is vital to the expansion and growth of one of enVista’s primary business areas and top five strategic initiatives. This role will develop and promote marketing strategies and programs for enVista’s Microsoft and Managed Services practices. What you will do:

Gain a masterful understanding of the Microsoft domain, of related customer needs, of our offerings and of the competitive landscape.
Build and share expertise on the exciting changes and developments in the Microsoft D365, BI, Office365, Azure, and relevant technologies and applications and their potential impact on enVista’s business
Drive brand awareness and sales by developing and executing lead generation programs that support enVista’s growing Microsoft solutions and Managed Services practices
Lead and coordinate the marketing strategy and deliver effective, integrated marketing programs that support and align with sales initiatives
Determine and promote marketing messages for enVista’s Microsoft and Managed Services practices
Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create differentiating content and messaging for all external communication channels, including online, email marketing, video, social media, and advertising
Develop compelling customer testimonials and case studies that showcase enVista’s capabilities
Successfully plan, execute, track and refine solutions marketing initiatives, collaborating with and leveraging marketing team’s functional leads (graphic design, events, etc.)
Establish and maintain relationships with Microsoft-based Independent Service Vendors (ISV’s) and core partners for joint go-to-market initiatives, event sponsorships, and joint messaging
Maintain a supportive and collaborative environment to bring out the best work of the extended team
Work closely and collaborate with Marketing reps, Sales & Customers Account Executives, Consultancy teams and the Business Development team to determine and respond to relevant market drivers
Report against key performance indicators and adapt programs/messaging as needed
Minimal travel to conferences and key customers may be required – less than 10%
What you will bring:

Education (preferred level): Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Sales or a related field
5-10 years progressive, relevant experience in a Marketing team
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience delivering effective, integrated marketing programs
Must be highly collaborative, results-driven and self-motivated
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunity
Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem Microsoft ecosystem – D365, O365, Power BI, Azure, and other Technology Services and Applications
