The Finelink Support Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with Finelink customers by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
Because you will be in contact with current and prospective Finelink customers, and you are in a strong position to influence their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
This position supports the Technical Solutions Team in managing all storefront needs as they relate to Fineline’s customers which includes assisting with the development and maintenance of new and existing client online storefronts and on-going item setup and primary technical support for internal and external customers.
Finelink helpdesk support lead.
Internal helpdesk support lead.
Business review preparation.
Manage all on-going client storefront requests and changes.
Navigation and support of Finelink storefronts
Develop and maintain reports for clients.
Support Technical Solutions Team in Finelink storefront sites.
Including but not limited to:
Site content management
Product and item setup, changes, and maintenance
User access and management
New storefront setup tasks
Support Director of Technical Solutions in preparation and participation in Finelink demonstrations & training sessions with clients.
Act as liaison between Users (Internal or External) with Technical Solutions team.
Education: B.S. or B.A.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a related position with IT helpdesk and software support. General understanding of business, sales, and or marketing experience.
Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers & management.
Knowledge or management of websites using PHP (Wordpress, Magento) a plus.
Knowledge of commercial printing process and print specifications a plus.
Must be proficient in the basics of all office software programs required to perform job functions. Specifically:
Office 365 SharePoint
