One of our values is customer focus so this role starts with that at the core but is not limited by any means to our CS team. Customer focus is at the core in every single role. Customer Success managers expand customer accounts, increase customer retention, solve customer issues, and drive customer satisfaction as well as continue to bring forward the voice of the customer within the company and our product.
What you will do:
Proactively manage all customer lifecycle activities for each customer, including renewal and upsell opportunities with little need for operational oversight
Listen to customers and proactively provide solutions and insights
Collaborate cross-functionally across the business to ensure the customer focus is at the core and provide feedback to other departments and management to improve the overall customer experience
Engage customers actively to derive maximum value from their investment in Folia
Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources
The ideal candidate will have:
2-4 years of experience in a SaaS company in a client-facing role
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
Strong organization and presentation skills
You thrive on building relationships and truly listening to customers
Empathy is a key character trait of yours
Experience leading and owning client calls to uncover customer’s desired business outcomes, business process requirements, and critical success factors
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
