Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, implement and support solutions that meet business needs using the Office 365 apps including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Flow, Forms, Groups, Delve, Stream and Planner.
Documents application build and standards.
Maintains the system tables, profiles and other application parameters to ensure Franciscan Alliance applications function according to customers’ specifications.
Provide strategic and technical leadership for Office 365 collaboration applications.
Stay abreast of technology developments and product enhancements for possible inclusion into the work environment
Supports Franciscan Alliance applications systems by troubleshooting and repairing customer-reported problems.
Works with assigned, on-premise vendors and Application Business Analysts in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.
Work with the Information Security team to ensure security standards are included, applied and maintained across all product sets within the domain.
Follows organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Exceptional customer service skills.
Knowledge of and experience with defining, implementing changes to, and supporting a production application/system.
Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices, deliverables and techniques for implementing new or enhanced applications into a production environment.
Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with individuals and groups at all levels both within and outside Information Services.
Strong documentation and record keeping skills, with extreme attention to the development and maintenance of, as well as following documented Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality control analysis.
Make decisions and use judgement in ambiguous situations.
Experience with Office 365 or collaboration workflows preferred.
