We make extensive use of applications throughout our healthcare system. That kind of scope requires experienced tech analysts who can devise and develop applications. Testing, implementing, upgrading and supporting those apps are also key responsibilities for this role. Think you’ve got what it takes?

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide quality implementations, upgrades and support for Human Capital applications.
Devises and modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
Tests, debugs and documents program solutions.
Participates in system optimization and new installs.
Assist with impact and scope assessments for ongoing and new projects in relation to Human Capital solutions.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Will strongly consider candidates with PeopleSoft, Work Day or Oracle experience or other strong experience with HRIS enterprise systems.
Technical expert in Human Capital solution with particular focus on payroll, job data, and employee/manager profile processes and configuration needs.
While a technical focus will be on payroll solutions, this position should expect to lend technical insight into the HCM application as a whole and be prepared to take on challenges associated with ERP solutions (currently PeopleSoft; transitioning to Work Day).
Web services, Security integration points, Configuration, Report writing, Oracle Database and complex SQL queries.
Experience with integration/interface technology with concentration in Web Services.
The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and willing to seek out solutions and bring them to attention to leadership to better position our organization for success.
