What you will do:
Administer the technical architecture of environments, data movement, and file transfer tools for Franciscan Alliance applications.
Assist with contract negotiation and on-going consultation by providing technical and application expertise to support the contract decision maker.
Manage the application environment including configurations, system-level changes, application updates/installs, and other duties as assigned.
Plan timing and methodology for Franciscan Alliance applications deployments and upgrades.
Support Franciscan Alliance applications by ensuring continuous operation within expectations of performance, sizing, capacity stability, and monitoring.
Stays current with healthcare technology, applications, and innovations, and brings recommendations for Franciscan Alliance future application capabilities.
Work with Application Interface Experts and vendors to design and test Franciscan Alliance application interfaces.
Coordinate with vendors and other technical teams in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications.
Provide oversight of the release and change management process.

What it takes to succeed:
Experience with Onbase preferred or other document management solution
Experience with C# preferred
Experience with SQL preferred
Knowledge of and experience with defining, implementing changes to, and supporting a production application/system.
Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices, deliverables and techniques for implementing new or enhanced applications into a production environment.
Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Coordinate teams and delegate work.
Technical Writing/Documentation.
Quality control analysis.
Ability to take needed action without direct instructions.
Strategic thinking.
Make decisions and use judgement in ambiguous situations.
