Job Description

Provide quality implementations, upgrades, and support for Franciscan Alliance applications and biomedical equipment.
Participate and potentially lead upgrades, system optimization, and new installs.
Assist with needs assessments, impacts analysis and defining the scope for new requests.
Use Information Services Project Management Methodology to lead projects.
Providing communication status of projects monthly to all stakeholders involved.
Provide on-going troubleshooting and support.
This is a very public facing position working closely with your internal hospital partners so ability to work remote is limited.
Facilitation of project meetings along with timely minutes to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred or five years related field experience.
Understand the business and processes in a Healthcare environment.
Experience in Project Management with Clinical Engineering Devices beneficial.
Experience with Risk Management processes would be beneficial.
A team player, analytical and a critical thinker.
Strong customer service experience.
Ability to multitask working on several projects at any given time.
A self-directed and goal-oriented individual that is willing to be held accountable.
Well versed in Microsoft office products.
Have proven track record in managing healthcare vertical projects.
Healthcare Business Analyst (strong technical or healthcare IT analyst to drive out requirements / desired outcomes).
Experience with vendor relationship management, able to work on contract negotiation, and on-going consultation by providing technical/application expertise to support the contract decision maker.
Epic and ambulatory experience are beneficial.
