Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide quality implementations, upgrades, for Franciscan Alliance applications.
Participate and potentially lead upgrades, system optimization, and new installs.
Assist with needs assessments, impacts analysis and defining the scope for new requests.
Use Information Services Project Management Methodology to lead projects.
Providing communication status of projects biweekly to all stakeholders involved.
Facilitation of project meetings along with timely minutes to stakeholders.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Understand the business and processes in a Healthcare environment to drive out requirements/desired outcomes.
Experience in Project Management and Risk Management processes beneficial.
A team player, analytical and a critical thinker.
Strong customer service experience.
Ability to multitask working on several projects at any given time.
A self-directed and goal-oriented individual.
Well versed in Microsoft office products.
Experience with vendor relationship management.
Epic and ambulatory experience are beneficial.
