Our IS Quality Assurance and Testing Coordinator provides software quality assurance services for projects and systems within the Franciscan Alliance Information Services architecture. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for management of all testing functions including planning, strategy, testing execution and tools.
Work with the Project Manager, other technical leaders and training lead to establish time tables and agree on a testing plan for implementation.
Maintain testing team project calendar to track commitments and manage resource availability for testing events related to Epic 2.0, Epic Releases, ERP, Engagement Center, and Infrastructure testing.
Establish and monitor Application Testing Team key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Ensure that testing process is documented, communicated and adequate to ensure agreed quality levels for the application.
Oversee determination of need, selection and implementation, and maintenance of testing tools.
Point of escalation for issues identified in all testing phases.
Testing issue prioritization and resolution facilitation, if needed.
Facilitate testing department meetings and maintains agenda.
Provide status reports to IS leadership.
Perform periodic internal audits selectively reviewing test results and reconciliation for completeness and accuracy.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple solutions for business and healthcare disciplines/processes.
Develop integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues.
Enterprise Service Management or ITIL.
Five (5) to Ten (10) years of experience in the business of healthcare is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills.
