WHAT YOU WILL DO
Advises and trains new Information Security Analysts on Epic security workgroup process.
Maintains current knowledge documentation on access management procedures and ensure availability to other security analysts.
Analyzes the risk and impact of requested Epic security changes from all applications.
Creates and manages changes to user access to production and non-production environments, including
validation of training requirements.
Creates and manages changes to standard Epic security structure including templates, sub-templates, classes, and roles for production and non-production environments.
Works with analysts to resolve complex or conflicting access issues within and across applications.
Audits access changes and compliance with access management procedures.
Provides user security support and assistance to Epic applications 24/7.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Epic Security certification required within three months from date of hire.
Current Epic certification in any application.
Prefer 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Epic system administration.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
Develop specific goals and plan to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
