WHAT YOU WILL DO
Will manage a team of 26 employees in Epic Clin Doc, Orders and Beacon.
Ensure focus and accountability to achieve departmental results.
Responsible for user satisfaction for group’s products and for all employee productivity, staffing, development and retention within assigned group.
Ensure focus and accountability to achieve department results.
Provide overall direction and guidance to employees within departments.
Provide leadership on customer support strategies and resolves escalated client issues for department.
Plan and manage both human and financial resources within domain.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hospital clinical background with an understanding of clinical workflows is preferred.
Five plus more years experience in healthcare management with the ability to manage large diverse teams.
Strong employee relations and conflict management.
Proven leadership skills.
Ability to coach, guide and lead teams.
Ability to inspire and encourage.
Hold staff accountable for goals and performance standards.
Epic experience beneficial.
