WHAT YOU WILL DO
Inspire staff enthusiasm for and generates commitment to program or project goals.
Build support for changes in direction among people with diverse interests, needs and values.
Conduct analysis and uses industry-standard practices to create a concept for layout and presentation of information in a way that takes into consideration users’ specific needs and mental paths.
Administer the development, implementation, and evaluation of a system wide application end-user education & training plan.
Perform annual evaluations and performance reviews.
Assist in the training and development of training staff.
Collaborate with Franciscan Educators to create data, analyze and develop the training strategies and solutions.
Work with training staff to analyze the overall effectiveness of data in the training environments and develop strategic training environment initiatives.
Make recommendations regarding all training processes and procedures.
Develop and implement work plans with actionable components and measurable outcomes.
Proactively monitor key performance indicators and makes real-time adjustments to ensure that projects stay on track.
Provide regular updates on program or project progress and works with own manager to minimize risks and resolve problems.
With director’s support, notify senior management about progress towards project goals and informs them about issues that require their attention.
Analyze problems systematically and logically and is resourceful when developing and implementing solutions.
Work with training staff and end users to evaluate the overall effectiveness of data in the training environments and act on recommendations for improvements.
Monitor operations and coaches the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Eight (8) years relevant work experience required or six (6) years relevant Franciscan work experience and five (5) years progressive leadership experience.
Instructor Application Credentialing required or within three (3) months of employment.
Franciscan Alliance Instructor Credentialing required or within three (3) months of employment.
Epic or other application certification required. If not certified, must be certified within six (6) months of employment.
Secondary epic certification must be completed within two (2) years of employment.
Learning management software system experience.
Experience assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating training needs.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead others on how to use information systems applications.
Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail.
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Solve problems by analyzing information.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills.
