Our IS departments are filled with hard-working people that keep our technology working and plan for future technology needs. IS Project Managers plan, initiate, and manage projects that benefit thousands of people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Assists project team members in obtaining Franciscan Alliance Information resources for their projects.
Provides comprehensive reports on project statuses to executive staff.
Provides general project management assistance on key projects, including creation of charters, statements of work, WBS, Gantt Charts and various other PM templates as needed.
Provides project management support with planning, scheduling, cost control and other detailed technical tasks on key projects as needed.
Provides project status updates for key projects, including calling of project status information and writing the status reports.
Using standard project management methodologies, processes, and monitors project status. Provides assistant in using these tools on key projects.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
A technical knowledge, training and understanding of a job’s requirements.
Experience with vendors, and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as Project Management and System implementations and support.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required.
Adapt and response quickly to changing priorities.
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Solve problems by analyzing information and using logic to address issues and problems. Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
