There are (3) three supervisor positions available. One position is for Physician Practice, one position is for Inpatient and one position is for Ancillaries.
Work location can be at the Beech Grove Office Center or any other Franciscan location or region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Inspires staff enthusiasm for and generates commitment to program or project goals.
Builds support for changes in direction among people with diverse interests, needs and values.
Conducts analysis and uses industry-standard practices to create a concept for layout and presentation of information in a way that takes into consideration users’ specific needs and mental paths.
Creates reusable online and paper-based guides for the development of manuals, forms, procedures, and other user information products.
Delivers classroom instruction to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
Assists in the training and development of training staff.
Collaborates with Franciscan Educators to create data, analyze and develop the training strategies and solutions.
Creates materials to provide on-the-job assistance with an application or skill. Includes, but is not limited to tip sheets, FYI’s, curriculum, tip videos, and eLearnings.
Makes recommendations regarding all training processes and procedures.
Develops and implements work plans with actionable components and measurable outcomes.
Proactively monitors key performance indicators and makes real-time adjustments to ensure that projects stay on track.
Provides regular updates on program or project progress and works with own manager to minimize risks and resolve problems.
With manager’s support, notifies senior management about progress towards project goals and informs them about issues that require their attention.
Analyzes problems systematically and logically and is resourceful when developing and implementing solutions.
Routinely provides others with the information they need to do their jobs.
Works with training staff and end users to evaluate the overall effectiveness of data in the training environments and acts on recommendations for improvements.
Provide input in HR activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and interviews.
Monitors operations and coaches the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Minimum of eight years of experience training on an electronic health record management platform.
Minimum of six years of progressive IT or adult teaching/education experience including one year of healthcare IT experience.
Instructor Application Credentialing Required within three months of employment.
FA Instructor Credentialing required within three months of employment.
Epic or other Application Certification required within six months of employment. Certification exam must receive a passing score with no more than three attempts.
A secondary epic or other Application certification preferred within three years of employment. Certification exam must receive a passing score with no more than three attempts.
