WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide technology, design, administration and support solutions for Franciscan Alliance's mobility platform, traditional desktop workspace, cloud architecture and collaboration technology in a Windows based environment.
Collaborate with engineers to design and build technology solutions and architecture to support Franciscan alliance's project portfolio.
Creating appropriate documentation for operational hard over to support teams.
Participate in the delivery of strategic oversight and planning for mobile and desktop enterprise initiatives to ensure technology components are properly designed in alignment with enterprise and technology refresh strategies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation including standard operating procedures, technical standards, reference architecture, logical and physical diagrams.
Follow security design and operations best practices to ensure the corporate network and entire infrastructure is operated and maintained in a secure environment.
Provide performance reports and user analytics to management as required.
Serve as escalation for support team to facilitate problem resolution, incident response and request fulfillment.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and execution of the disaster plan when warranted in a real time/life situations and by way of annual testing.
Facilitate the implementation of appropriate change management procedures following formal and informal processes when implementing production system changes.
Participate in on-call rotation duties.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Has proficient understanding of principles in one or more functions of a position.
Typically possess 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of mobility platform, traditional desktop workspace, cloud architecture and collaboration technology in a Windows based environment (laptop, tablets, BYO devices, desktops, virtual workspaces, mobile device management, asset management, automated software distribution technologies).
