JOB SUMMARY:                                                                                                                                          The Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the platform. The Salesforce Developer will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the toolset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments. Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform. Perform unit testing and defect fixes. Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce. Ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 4-5 years’ experience developing directly on Salesforce/ products using APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL, API’s. Combination of the following skills preferred – JavaScript, XML, JSON, SOAP, FTP, REST Web Services, JQuery, JQuery Mobile, HTML5, CSS, Mobile Application Platforms (iOS, Android), API Customer Web Services, experience integrating with middleware, and experience using automated web browser testing tool. IT programming experience, ASP.NET, C#, or experience preferred but not required. Proven experience with web based technologies and frameworks. Salesforce Certified Developer/Administrator. Knowledge and experience with integrating with Apps from the Salesforce App Exchange Experience with management of sandboxes, including their integrations Ability to analyze complex systems, and troubleshoot and isolate system issues. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid understanding of best deployment and development practices. Hands on experience with integration using cloud based technologies such as Informatica/MuleSoft and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Exceptional customer service skills. Prior client facing implementation experience preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficient organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities. Experience working in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities Cloud preferred. Strong desire to obtain more Salesforce certifications. Strong desire to become a Salesforce Technical Architect.
